We booked the Graig bed and breakfast on May 27th well in advance, to stay 3rd-5th December 2021, for my birthday. On 11th November, with less than 3 weeks notice, I was called by the venue to cancel the stay saying the business was closing down. The lady I spoke to was rude and unsympathetic, and argued with me that I would find it hard to find alternative accommodation with such short notice, in the Christmas season.
It was incredibly difficult to find any alternative accommodation as Ludlow was largely booked, and now we are paying a premium for a not great hotel.
I am baffled to see the hotel still has a fully functioning website and looks to have only changed the months that it is open.
This business is irresponsible. I would strongly advise against booking unless you like the jeopardy of having a cancellation at the last minute

Big thank you to all at Graig B&B Ludlow.
They went the extra mile with a warm welcome of cake and tea on arrival and we were lucky enough to sit outside and enjoy the garden.
We loved their homemade breakfast compote of fruit, yoghurt and granola.
This is a very special place to have a relaxing break in Ludlow.

The perfect place for B&B in the Ludlow area. Warm welcome by the lovely owners; home made cake and biscuits with a cup of tea very welcome after a journey. The rooms are well equipped and all on the ground floor. Bed very comfortable so good night's sleep in this peaceful location.
Lovely view of the garden. Breakfast wonderful with good choices and eggs from their own hens.

Exceptionally Well Done B&B, beautiful location in the magical cloud line of Clee Hill five miles outside of Ludlow. Beautiful garden and views, complete with entertaining chickens. The warmest welcome from the lovely owners who clearly want you to love the place as much as they do. Great attention to detail in every way, from the moment of arrival and a very peaceful and private setting, just the ticket to relax and unwind. The breakfasts have locally sourced ingredients, very well cooked and presented. If you are in need of scenery, the walk up Clee Hill on the nearby Shropshire Way is breathtaking from the top. Superb.

We spent a very relaxed and restful week end in June. A warm welcome, super-clean room (and quiet) with a delicious breakfast to start the day. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

We spent a long weekend at the Graig and found it to be a useful location for travelling around the area, whether the countyside, local hills or towns, the owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, making some good suggestions for places to visit. Many thanks for a great stay Lorraine, Collin and your wonderful staff. Looking forward to staying next time

Me and my wife enjoyed a relaxing weekend at The Graig. The location is excellent with stunning views, and just a short drive to Ludlow. We're already planning another visit and next time we'll be going for long walks to take in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The owners couldn't have made us more welcome, and the rooms were tastefully furnished - very luxurious. There was a great choice of food at breakfast time, and I can reccommend the full English. It really was a lovely stay
